I've tried using FO3Edit and coping the codes into the mod through the NVEdit, but it crashes the GECK after making the changes. So I guess it isn't exacting the same. The way I did it is using FO3Edit, copy just the NPC as over-ride into a new file.Before closing FO3Edit, go to the header of the new file and edit the master from Fallout3.esm to FalloutNV.esm - don't say 'add master' - just edit the name. Remove any other masters. Close and save. Copy the new esp to your NV directory and open it with the NV geck. It might whine about missing packages, factions, and such.
