Proudspire Manor TFS + Beds mod not working

I'd really like to get Proudspire Manor modded without doing a new save, so in hope of getting this fixed, I'm reaching out to the community to see what I'm doing wrong.

I followed the instructions to the absolute letter, three times, and nothing changed. The only thing that reset was the doors closing in Proudspire Manor. No option to buy more upgrades from Falk Firebeard.

I separately entered "PCB" and "resetinterior solitudeproudspiremanor"

When the description says quit, do you mean to the MENU, or quitting the GAME? I tried both.

I don't have any other home-modifying mods installed.

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong? :/

Problem found, solution less than ideal. If I don't run Skyrim through SKSE, the mod works. If I do, it goes away.

That really kinda sucks, since I'm using SKSE for a number of Skyrim mods.
