LionHeart8705 Posted November 2, 2010 Share Posted November 2, 2010 Just letting everyone know that I will be releasing a mod here pretty soon for Fallout New Vegas, which includes the XM8 made by HeroinZero from Fallout 3. My design includes a scope also made by another author (Munkee) as well as a silencer. The gun is a bit overpowering and functions on single shot as that is how I wanted it. Users will be able to change Weapon Data with the GECK if they prefer, but the single shot function is nice on ammo as well. Silencer is not just for show, as the gun is undetectable while player is hidden. Gun sound is taken from the Infiltrator from Fallout 3. Just wanted to Thank "HeroinZero" and "Munkee" for their models that were released to Fallout 3. They have been very helpful in making this weapon. Still working out some minor bugs but it looks beautiful. Still keeps the element of gameplay very interesting. But like I said it is a little overpowering, but turn difficulty up on very hard and it may present some challenge. Thanks guys and keep a look out for the mod when I release it.
