Request to show multiple weapons on character.

Is there any way to have it show multiple weapons on your character? Say I have a rifle and a pistol, and when you look at the character you see the pistol on his side and the rifle on his back. Any chance of making that happen? Will it require NVSE or some such? I think I remember seeing something like that at some point, but I could be imagining it.
