OblivinatiXP Posted February 13, 2015 Share Posted February 13, 2015 So I've been talking with another guy on youtube about making a radio station which he has given the OK to use his voice for the radio talk sections of the broadcast. Our only question right now is are we able to post a radio station on the nexus? We have our line up, voice acting, and files already just about set but we both don't want to rush into making a mod that's considered illegal on the Nexus (Being as the music is from other sources!) There shouldn't be - at least not without permission from the creators/copyright holders first. Our rules on this are very clear: Absolutely no copyrighted work is to be used without permission of the original creator. This includes content from other games, from DLCs, music creators or from other file authors. This also includes members from countries that do not recognise copyright laws.All files uploaded must have been created by the uploader or used with permission from the original author of the content. Such permission must be indicated in the Readme text attached to the file and/or on the Description page (or in the Description field for images), and must be obtained in advance, before uploading the file. We don't have the right on one song which we might end up just removing anyways lol but we wanted to make sure before we go ahead and post it.
