pipboy texture problem

hello guys,

 

 

I have a problem with my pipboy texture . i installed the game yesterday.it seems to be a lot pixelated here's a photo:

The game looks fine no crash, but only the problem with the pipboy texture.

 

i have no Mods installed.

 

i tried with low, normal , and high settings but the problem is the same.

 

someone can help me to fix the problem ?
