Followers Relax NV Edition?

There is an extremely atmospheric and excellent mod called "Followers Relax - AKA Sandbox Mode" at the Fallout 3 Nexus, at this link.

 

I love that mod so much, and I'd like to request it to be ported to New Vegas, something I think would be really easy but nevertheless highly rewarding.

I'm not requesting weapons of irl pictures (wtf?) or anything remotely like that, just a simple port of this wonderful mod and naturally, if someone even considers my request which would be a rare occurence, ask the original creator of the mod for permission.
