I think all you can do is reinstalling the whole damn thing. either try it again with the help of some guides (like this one) or forget fcom and install OOO with MMM instead. this also will enhace your gaming experience in various ways. as a bonus you'll get a somewhat straightforward, hassle-free installation and most importantly, stability.

i used http://sites.google.com/site/oblivionpoinfo/walkthroughs/fcomguide and fcom doesn't give me problems, it is when i install other mods that things start to fall apart :(

i don't think i can handle installing this game again, i think i would just rather give up tbh -.-, it will be like my 6th time now.

thats too bad. I think fcom is not very compatible with other mods in general. never tried it myself but from what I've read so far, this thing alone tends to make the game pretty unstable due to the complex installation process. adding mods may cause the whole engine to fall apart rather quickly. if you'd give oblivion another chance, this time with some more userfiendly mods like OOO, I bet you'd finally get to play it (and making some more LP videos in the process ;) ).

just take some time to forget the horrors of setting up a modded oblivion and after a while make a fresh new start. the gaming experience of a modded oblivion is absolutely worth it I think.

I personally like the concept of T.I.E. - Tamriel Immersion Experience. It's a complete overhaul that only uses vanilla resources. So it's by far the most simple, yet brilliant, overhaul installation. It's one single ESP file. That's it. But what's inside that single file is truly amazing, brilliant, and my favorite of the overhauls. No it doesn't add hundreds of omgwtforz monsters, but it makes everything static and totally readjusts the the behavior and stats of mobs. Just read up on it to get more of what it's made of. It's created by the same person, Veritas, that did TNR, Tamriel NPC's Revamped. Another excellent set of mods. Watch some of the videos on the TIE page too.

Give it a chance with your next go around, it'll be worth it trust me. It's compatible with nearly everything out there too, well in theory that is. I'm not bashing the other overhauls as they are good in their own ways and do things differently, much differently. But sometimes more is not better, especially when it comes at the cost of performance and stability. Keep that in mind and good luck!

I will reinstall my oblivion for sure, would do it today but deadly reflex 6 is coming out tomorrow or tuesday, will wait for 2 days :)

Will only download necessary mods because lots of mods really cause savegame bloating and other problems :D
