I installed all the requirements but none of the optional add-ons. Did I do something wrong? Did you rebuild your bashed patch? here's teh FCOm readme http://devnull.sweetdanger.net/convergence.html Here's the FCOm installer guide http://devnull.sweetdanger.net/fcominstall.html here's how your load order should roughly look like http://devnull.sweetdanger.net/fcomloadorderexpanded.html Sorry but this is all the help I can provide from your limited information. I prefer using Omods than manual, manual sometimes doesn;t work so well, and then use BOSS to sort and make a bashed patch. If the difference your looking for is with the texture/graphic department try to update your archive invalidation in OBMM with the Specs shown from mods. I think it was ( BSA alterations / Texture / Ignore normal maps / generate archive invalidation on hash collision. On another note make sure you are using the most updated mods and updates.
