Is there a console command to force the player to a different race?

I made a very nice facegen preset on the asian base, the problem is that my character uses a caucasian base, and because of this i can't access it through the face surgeon menu (i could use the race menu but don't you lose your perks or something when you use it?)

use "showracemenu" which will allow you to change your race :)

I don't know if it's due to the race/facegen change, but now my character's hairs are poking out of the hats.

have you tried using the same hair and hat with the character before??

i can't really think of a reason why a race\face change could do such a thing......
