Stuff to forge it a dwarven ingot a black soulgem a cog and a lever or something like that. Golden dwarven look of course. Takes the left hand torch slot of course or a head strap flashlight wich uses the circlet slot. With different light colors blue, white ,red, green etc. Everytime you charge it with the lowest soul gem the battery lasts for another 5 minutes to a maximum of 30 minutes. And you gain enchanting xp for recharging it. And if you block with it the enemy gets an electric shock. Range of the light 5-10 meters. Man i would love that mod.
