LE Large bridge from the coast to an island

Building that bridge has been fun and exciting!

It's connecting the coast with the mod Northview Manor.

But it is not navmeshed, my followers and others npc's won't go that way.

 

Maybe someone like to install that mod of Northview Manor, like it and also would like to build a navmeshed bridge to that Manor? Must not be the same like I did.
