bertoni416 Posted February 16, 2015 Share Posted February 16, 2015 mini quests where you have to take out enemy gangs who control the skooma trade in each city. sort of like a turf war. some what an add on to the "become a skooma dealer mod" but if you sell skooma in enemy turf , you risk getting your butt spanked by thugs. its important that every one in skyrim recieves there fix. :) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
