Toughness perk and DT implant stop working randomly

I kept noticing in the Pipboy that my DT stat was missing, so I decided to look at it with the console. It seemed that only my clothing was giving me armor and the Toughness perk (3 points) and the armor implant (4 points) from the doctor had stopped working. I changed my DT with the console and suddenly the Perk & implant worked again. ie., I took off all clothing and did modav damagethreshold 7 and my DT went up 14 instead of 7, so I did modav damagethreshold -7 to bring it back where it should have been to begin with.

 

That makes it stick for a little while but eventually I'll notice once again that my DT is missing from the pipboy and checking with the console shows me missing those 7 points of DT again. Jiggering with it in the console makes the 7 missing DT points come back.

 

I don't know what's causing this. Next time I notice it, I'll save and reload with my mods disabled to see if one of them is causing it. I'm not running any mods that affect DT, Toughness or implants.

I think one of the perks adds DR not DT i'm not positive about it though, best if you check! =)
