darocker1996 Posted February 16, 2015 Share Posted February 16, 2015 I started having this problem when I tried to install Requiem, so I went about messing around with patches for a while, fixed most of the problems, and now I ran into the dreaded npc stuttering and two face problem. I've looked over and messed around with my load order for a while as well, but the problem still persists. what happens in game is that some npc's would be standing still, but they look like their floating off the ground, or their legs start moving up and down fast.
