I think i just made mine:

 

Playing on very hard - hardcore mode i was trying to do the unmarked NCR rep quest where you have to kill the Deathclaw alpha and mother, i had to reload so many time for the alpha because i was just doing it wrong, i tried getting my followers to hang back while i mine the path run him through em then me veronica and rex jump out and punch the crap out of him, took like 6 tries to work.

 

so for the mother i just had nothing left to really do tricky, i used 20+ mines and a dozen stims on daddy

 

so i thought screw it, ill mess around with chems, 3 doses of psycho and medx, a dose of turbo and some whiskey later and i turn into, pardon my french, the motherf*#@ing fist of the north star, punched her right off the cliff, Jumped Off(and thats the most badass part, i crippled both my own legs just for the sake of impressing myself) after her and hammered my mouse button until all that was left was a messy red paste, plus a "beautiful takedown" perk to boot, which lets me get an extra hit or two in in vats with that ballistic fist i now love so much.

My entry for the Badass Boss Takedown,

 

 

Cook-Cook was the first to go, and being a fan of irony I bought a Flamer and extened the fuel tanks for greater flameage. My love of explosives and the sudden realization that Cook-Cook was not alone made my weapon of choice Annabelle with Incendiary Munitions. Ed-E beeped out the cords for the bastard and his guards. Keeping the head entact was tricky, but a few missles to the ground did enough damage to thin out the herd. The bastard dropped his Incinerator and tried to run with a crippled leg. A single shout from Maria was all I needed to put that raping cannibal down. I used a ripper to remoe the head.

 

Next I encountered Driver Nephi and his chemmed up goons. I did not waste any time taking out the guards with my trusty scoped Trail Rifle and in the end it came to Baseball vs Golf in a brutal melee duel. Thanks to the ranger takedown move I learned in Novac, I easily dispated Driver when my bat met his face and his face met the concrete. Slighty disfigured head removed with ripper.

 

Ah Violet, as I watched her from my perch I almost felt bad for this next hit. Violet had a body that no man could deny..except that body carried more drugs and disease then an old world Thailand prostitute. Her affection for her canine companions also borders on the sick and twisted. Rex sat beside me as Ed-e was leant to the Followers for a few days. Rex growled and kept his eyes on the other dogs as I started picking them off one by one. After the third mangy mut hit the dirt, Violet spotted me and opened fire. I took a few rounds to the Duster, one acutally hitting home and shattering my elbow. I sent in Rex, who was tearing at the ground to get in the fight. His intervention bought me some time to put a stimpack in the broken appendage to stop the bleeding. Another trip to Dr. Usenagi to fix the rest if I survive this as I had no doctor bags. As I turned to fire back I seen Violet on the ground, headless next to the body of her prized mutt. Rex came trotting up behind me, her head in his teeth and that cybernetic tail just clicking away.

 

Then the call comes in, raid Vault 3 and eliminate Motorhead. I am heading over there now after resupplying at the Lucky 38. This time I am taking Doctor Bags, and some extra firepower. Maria is coming along on this hunt. She grips my hip as I grab the modified Light MG off the wall. This baby saved my ass in the Quarry..I think it can handle a few wacked out junkies.
