Mod Request: Naruto theme mod

Thought it might be an interesting idea.

I've been trying to make a character like my favorite Naruto character (Rock Lee)

Couldn't get the face or hair right. I did have some green clothes enchanted so they give some protection since ninjas don't were armor. Of course it still looks all wrong :)

 

Then I made a spell that had an effect like the Pirmary Lotus technique that raises your strength and speed at the cost of health.. though adding a negative effect didn't make the spell requirements any lower. It turned out to be very weak.

 

At any rate if anyone else thinks its a good idea I think it would be a good mod.. you could have skins for all the characters, add in weapons like kunai and techniques like primary lotus. Maybe some kicks instead of the standard special moves like left+hard attack does a hook kick with the chance to knock down. not sure how hard it would be to add animations to oblivion though.
