GOAT perks

A mod to receive a perk according to the combination of answers from the goat.

For example:

if you get demolition and gun dialogues you should get a perk which adds +10 damage with granade launchers or something.

if you get speech and barter then you get a perk which adds new or more stuff to you inventory at the start of the game.
