No two game setups even with the same mods are identical. Adding mods is still more alchemy than chemistry. People will help, but you will need to post a concise description of your issues here :http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/forum/421-skyrim-mod-troubleshooting/ in order to get anything that is useful.
