NIF Export issues with 3dsmax2010

It's a weird little thing that has been bugging me since i started editing meshes. Sometimes, my file export with Textures set into a "NiTexturingProperty" block, which makes the Geck , and the game, instantly crash, and some other times in a "BSShaderPPLightingProperty>BSShaderTextureSet"

 

I can't quite figures what makes the exporter pick one or the other... sooo at the moment when i encounter this issue, i open the file in Nifskope and another (working) file, and proceed through copy pasting to replace the "NiTexturingProperty" blocks with "BSShaderPPLightingProperty>BSShaderTextureSet"...

 

My knowledge of nifskope is really limited so without copy pasting the relevant blocks, i believe i would be unable to fix it. So my question is twofold:

 

-Is there a reason why my exports sometimes do not have the BSShader* section?

-If i can't fix it, is there a faster way to fix the problem in Nifskope than by copy pasting the blocks of one file in another.
