Add items to idle animations

Anybody knows how to do it ? I just can't figure it out.

 

I've been messing in blender now for a few hours trying to come up with something but no avail.

 

There's a few pose mods that have items added to the idle animation, like swords, books, fruits , whatever !

 

Inspecting the kf and nif files in nifskope doesn't give me the answer either, although I don't know much about nifskope.

 

Anybody can tell me how it is done ?
