Two Causes of CTDs-Courier and Fast Travel

So, I am currently dealing with a pair of rather sizeable issues. Every time I attempt to fast travel, i arrive at my destination only for the game to crash about two seconds later. Secondly, the game also crashes upon being approached by a courier, the moment he finishes his dialogue. Since I can't go very far from my current position without a courier arriving to try and start part two of the Wolf Queen quest, and fast travel is no longer viable, I am effectively trapped in one place. I'm rather desperate to get this fixed, so any help at all would be deeply appreciated.

 

All of my master files have been cleaned with TESVEdit. Below is my LOOT order, and if anyone has any ideas, please don't hesitate to reply.

The courier thing might be caused by a mod that conflict with its script state, for instance once the courier finishes its dialogue he changes from delivering to sent, when this change ocurr there might be another mod that does not allow this to happen properly, so you must check faction related mods (civil war related, patrols, factions etc), the other issue is within the cell load data, meaning there are some stuff you added (most frecuent a hellot of HD textures) and it litteraly devour de VRAM availiable, try fast travel to low demanding zones like markarth and high demanding zones like winterhold or riften so you can check this

This is happening to me. Whenever I'm approached by the courier and she finishes delivering me the letter from jarl, the game immediately crashes. Every time. Did anybody find a fix?
