FOSE Trouble

Windows 7 (I know, but It works pretty fine except for Flickering textures from mods)

Downloaded from Steam (Paid)

Anyways, I have downloaded FOSE (or Fallout Script Extender)

I have downloaded it per instructions, but when I launch (fose_loader.exe) It has this error message:

 

"Couldn't find C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\fallout 3\Data\falloutng.exe,

make sure you're running this from the same folder as fallout3.exe"

 

First of all, what IS fallout3ng.exe? Is it even contained in that folder? Can I download it?

Do you mean fallout3nv.exe. That is the new vegas exe. If it is then you might have downloaded the wrong fose. ie the one meant for new vegas...
