Missing master, check mod load order!

Hello!

 

I recently started playing NV again so as far as I know this is a vanilla install, with the exception of the mods(I'm sure that could have been worded better). Anyway, whenever I start it up it pops the error Missing master, check mod load order. I used FNVEdit to see where it errors out and its at loading the Gun Runners Arsenal. I don't know what to do from there but I figured that'd help some. Here is my mod load list.

Nevermind I'm stupid. I forgot to install the DLC part of WMX.
