10mm Classic Fallout

Could someone make a 10mm Revolver from the old Fallout much more rarer and powerful and can be repaired with the old n99s.

Here is a image of the classic http://images3.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20050510044721/fallout/images/1/18/10mmpistol.gif

Err... that's not a revolver...

The 10mm from Fallout 1&2 was a semi automatic handgun. The evidence of this is how it has 12 bullets in it's clip. I dont know of any gunbarrels that have above 6.

Essentially all you would need to do is retexture the actual 10mm handgun to look more rusty and brown, and I think there are mods that have done that in Fallout 3.

Also, remeshing is actually harder then retexturing. As in it takes hours compared to retexturing which takes minutes by compare.

Look at the back that is a cylinder. And all you need is a darker texture and a revolver cylinder which you could rip off the 357 or 44 then take the 32. or 44 reloading animation for it as well.

If it was a cylinder then it's WAY too small to hold 12 bullets, if that was even possible.

It's a semi-automatic.

Here's the best evidence I can use. It's the weapon's description from Fallout 1

"A Colt 6520 10mm autoloading pistol. Each pull of the trigger will automatically reload the firearm until the magazine is empty. Single shot only, using the powerful 10mm round."

Autoloading pistol, magazine. Words not associated with revolvers

I that does not explain the cylinder. Aside does it matter ? Can I just want a gun in the way I envision it.

I doubt that is a cylinder. I think it's just part of the decoration.

Either way asking for a remake of the 10mm from the original Fallout and not noticing it's not a revolver is a big difference. That Gun looks nothing like the 10mm and you'd actually be better off remodeling the 10mm so it would have a cylinder, and then scripting in animations for it

A bit of confusion here. In the image, it most assuredly is a cylinder, as the artist based the design of the gun in the original FO on one seen in a comic called Hard Boiled (http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/File:Hard_boiled.jpg). Very obviously a revolver. But, yeah, apparently whoever designed the description and stats of the pistol didn't realize....or vice-versa, I suppose. Anyway, I think it would be kinda cool to see this done. There's just something about an oversized, uniquely-designed revolver (that Mateba-like monster from Trigun stands out in my mind) that screams awesome.

Personally, I would love to see this beast from Battlestar Galactica, revolver or no.
