Crashing problems

Hi! I havent palyed FO3 in a really long time (like 5-6 months) due to school being hectic, anyway, I started the game again today and well, a few minuets in and the game crashes. And it keeps doing that, I have tons of mods which is really problematic, yeah, I know I shouldnt xD and I dont have a back (and i know i DEFINITELY should have one).

 

I tried the 'Check for conflicts' in fomm and well it says to open up the crashdump and I'm putting it up here in the hope that someone can make heads and tails out if
