But in a semi-lawless society (picture the wild wild west), if you started beating on someone you didn't even know, chances are, they wouldn't be too happy about it, and probably wouldn't fight fair. Might be able to make it where fatigue damage KOs knock them out for a longer time, so you can enjoy your drink in peace after your bar brawl, before high-tailing it before he comes to again.
