Skyrim crashing after loading screens

Hi, folks...

If anyone could help me, my game is crashing when playing after a while on loading screens. It does NOT crash while playing, but when I get out of a dungeon or fast travel to another location, it CTDs imediatelly after the loading screen (it even autosaves before crashes). It doesn`t happen every time though but after some loadings it eventually happens.

The MemoryBlocksLog.log doesn`t show any anomally with the memory blocks. I use Loot and TES5Edit properly (I think) and I have 113 plugins activated. My saved game files sizes are ~15mb.

I apreciate any help, thanks in advance... Sorry for my english!

Asus G750JX
GTX 770M
I7 4700HQ 3.4GHZ
16GB 1600MHZ RAM
256GB SSD + 750GB HDD

Skyrim installed in the HDD.
