display question

So the other day, looking around the mods available, I saw a piccy that had a heap of extra relavent info on the normal walkabout screen. It included from memory, things like current exp and next level needed, rad meter and other things that you usually only find in your pipboy. I was wondering if this was a mod, or just a keyboard command that I may have missed, and was hopeing someone could enlighten me.
