T-51b or T-60 Prototype.

I'm hoping someone would change the mesh/texture on the T-51b PA. I really hate the greenish algae look. Also, if not to much to ask, maybe someone could port the T-60 Prototype PA from FO3 to NV. Assuming we could get the creator's permission to do so.
