enclave1488
Hi, So last couple days I figured out a good deal about the G.E.C.K and tonight I wanted to create some bunker positions around Goodspring to fend of the zombies from Zombie Apocalypse Mod.Problem is, I can't get the Ceiling Turrets to remain at the height and destination I placed them at in the geck. They basically keep hovering above ground, no matter what position/height I place them. The ground turrets work fine and I figured out how to make all turrets friendly etc...fire different ammo and so on.Only obstacle I have is getting the darn ceiling turrets to actually be attached to the ceiling of my bunkers.Anyone know what I am doing wrong? Any help be highly appreciated
WuphonsReach
This was talked about last week either here or over on Bethesda's forums. The issue is that the turrets now obey the laws of gravity - unless you anchor them in a tiny 2x2 collision box. http://forums.bethsoft.com/index.php?/topic/1134994-placing-ceiling-turrets/ Take a look at cells in NV where ceiling turrets appear (Helios One, for instance) and look closely at how they are jammed into a collision box. enclave1488
Holy Crap, your right, I placed a Collision Box ( like a plate ) beneath a turret which I hung up high in the air to test and the darn thing did not fall.Been on the G.E.C.K all night, trying to figure out what I was doing wrong, and I wish I had posted here earlier lol.Thank you, this has gotten me a large step further now
