Porting cells from FO3 to FNV?

Ok, so I have a project that I've worked on for a long time (about 2 years) and finally found myself pretty happy with in FO3. Then FONV came along and so I figured it to be a bit pointless to continue the project in FO3 so I planned to re-start my project in NV, being that it also fit the setting and the place a lot better. Originally, my project was called Boomtown as I was developing a town around my mod in order to fit into the FO3 lore but with NV, my mod already fits in without the need to develop a town. My project basically centers around a vault that has been converted to a strip club. Now, I know we have Gammorah but, frankly it was a little disappointed. My old strip club felt very much a live and thriving by comparison. Even my wife took note that all of the Casino's and Gammorah feel empty and that my mod had a whole lot more color and personality to it.

 

 

I wanted to design a strip club using some of the casino snap kits but I've found them to be a bit lacking and incomplete in many respects. Is it possible to somehow copy at least the basic layout and lights from my old cell in FO3 into New Vegas? This would make things much simpler to re-create it. Especially since lighting is horribly bugged.

 

I really hope that a GECK patch will be expedited. Cells not rendering properly, hot keys not working at all and not being able to scale lighting and see it update without refreshing the cell every 5 seconds is getting really annoying.
