Have you used BOSS to sort your mods?

Also, Streamline should load very late in your load order. In fact, I recommend disabling it for troubleshooting as it does change a lot of visual stuff as you play. Please be sure to read the complete documentation on streamline to understand what it really does ( It trades visual effects for FPS ) and how to control it.

I'm not sure exactly what's causing your problem with the land but I can assure you it's definitely not the Unofficial Patches.

 

As Bben mentioned disable Streamline and see if you have the same issue. Streamline can do exactly what your describing, intentionally. Like Bben said, read the documentation, ALL of it, to understand exactly what Streamline is doing. Streamline has 4 major, but separate, functions that can be activated and adjusted independently. If you still have the issue then start deactivating other mods in an organized fashion to find the culprit.

 

**Note for Bben: Just a heads up. Streamline is safe to load anywhere. It's one of those mods that's Load Order independent. BOSS has had Streamline moved for about a month or so now. Either way it has no effect where you put it really.

@ smooth613: Thanks for the update on Streamline. The documentation I had said to install it as near the end as you could. Don't remember why.

i still want to get the default ini settings back i deleted it accidentally
