Sniper scopes texture not working well

everything was working great untill i installed update 2

im 18 houres into the game with not a single problem but then nvse http://nvse.silverlock.org/ came out and required update 2

so i updated it and now i have this s*** problem

anyone have any soloution?

or i will have to reinstalled the whole game?

My FO3 did this when I altered the game settings to try and make everything look less squashed in widescreen mode. Can't remember what I did to fix it...
