Pip Boy missing, console commands not working

Hello. I tried to download the Pip Boy Readius and, after using it for a while, I tried to switch back to the original Pip Boy. I uninstalled the mod, entered the proper console commands, and a Pip Boy 3000 will appear in my inventory (as the note says in the top left corner), but I can't seem to get it to equip properly. Anybody run into any similar issues?

 

For the record, I typed in:

 

player.additem 00015038 1

player.equipitem 00015038 1 (and I've tried it without the "1")

resetpipboymanager

 

Still no dice.

Ha! Got it! Cocksucker.

 

I changed the file in the Fallout.ini (the one you can find by searching "invalidate") back from "1" to "0". Restarted the game after that and the Pip Boy 3000 was back.

 

Hope this solves a problem someone else was having.
