PC Character and NPC's Pulsing Yellow

**SOLVED**

Ok, Im a dummy. It was deadly reflexes. I came across a patch for it I hadnt installed, and doing so moved it from last in my load order. Kind of a 'couldnt see the forest for the trees' deal. I was too busy looking at the mods I had installed. Moving deadly reflexes back to last did away with this issue.

 

 

 

 

 

Hi all. I'm having an issue where my PC Character and all NPC's that I can see are pulsing yellow. Its not super bad, maybe happening every 15 seconds or so. It is kind of annoying though. It's similar to a spell effect or something, but I just can't seem to track the cause down. I've tried deactivating mods and even starting a new character. Always the same result. So I thought I'd ask here. Any help is appreciated.

 

Edited to give more info, but its kind of tough to give specifics. I have a heavily modded game going, somewhere around 200. I had not noticed this phenomenon until today. I installed several quest mods: Tears of the Fiend, JNFDS Pirate Isles, Aesgaard, Pirate Isles, HoarFrost Castle, Heart of Darkness, Golden Crest, The Oubliet, and The Lost Spires. And I think thats the order in which i installed them, and I first noticed it happening when I was testing the pirate isles. I had also installed Jason's sailable pirate ship and Bella Moretta previous to those. And also the Universal Silent Voice. As far as i know, it was not happening prior to the installation of these things.

 

For more about what is actually happening, its like a bright yellow pulse on my character and every npc i can see. And it also happens to corpses. It looks like a spell is cast on all, but Im not wearing anything to cause it. Its not glitchy looking, just a smooth yellow colored pulse on everything every 15 seconds or so.

 

As a side note, Im having an issue that is more intermittent. If I enter a room it gets pitch black suddenly. So far it was Olav's and the second floor of the Tiber Septim Hotel. The lights would suddenly go out and then kinda fade back to bright. Thanks for any consideration.
