Oblivion Error

I am at wits end with this bug with Oblivion. Pushing forward for a split second makes the character move unendingly in a line whether in 1st person or 3rd person mode. Nothing will fix it, not system restore, not reinstall of Oblivion, not tweaks to graphics settings, not playing on minimum settings, not reassigning the movement keys, not reinstalling the keyboard, not switching out the keyboard. I think you get the idea. I have been fighting this issue for 5 days now, and completely troubleshot this s*** in every possible way I can think of.

 

I request one of 2 things:

 

1.) A fix to clear oblivion's keyboard cashe or memory so the auto move quits assuming that it is pressed when i try to move forward.

 

2.) A program or mod to permanently disable auto move.

Addition, this error only happens when trying to walk or run with weapon sheathed. If any weapon is drawn, the error does not exist.
