Explosive lockpick script help

I´m tired on the lockpick minigame, same old same old all the time.

 

So now i´m trying to make a mod that uses an explosive charge to open locked doors or containers.

You will be able to craft it on a workbench if you have atleast 50 explosive skill, but first you need to find the schematics for it.

The thing i need help with is the scripting.

 

I want things to break or turn in to junk when using the explosive on a continer to even the odds out.

For example, i want to open a very hard locked container, in the cointainer there is a high power rifle.

The formula i want is based on luck and explsion skills. 1luck=90% item destruction or turn into scrap metal, 5explosion skill=1%.

So if you have 6 luck, 50exp there will be 50% chance that the rifle will turn into scrap metal.

If there are under 30% chance the item turn to scrap it will only dmg the condition to the weapon.

 

Later on i will try for my self to implant the sneak skill, higher sneak skill lower sound.

For example, 75 in sneak will be heard 10m round the charge and make every npc in that area go and investigate.

But thats later.
