A question on safe houses

You have the safe houses you buy, and the safe "houses" you get at the end of quests, and of course you can sleep in Inns, but there's a grey area for places that have a bed you can sleep in, and maybe one or more safe non-respawning containers.

 

Do you think we need a list for those places, so we know where they are, and go there to familiarize ourselves with them, then when we're nearby, we can use them to rest or level up?
