If you reproduce a copyrighted material for private use, or distribute in a way that isn't specified in the license, you are not breaking the law. When you duplicate a work for profit or use it against the license, you are breaking the law.

Well, if the models already exist, all you would need is a method to translate them from whatever format they're in into a .nif file, which is what Gamebryo uses.

If it doesn't, You would need to make the models from scratch in Blender, 3dsMax, or your preferred modeling program.

Remember. Releasing copyrighted material outside of it's license is in direct violation of of the DMCA, and will more than likely get you some fines if not some jail time on it.

HOWEVER, there is a hole. You can make derivative works under Free Use, claiming that the work is inspired by, but not wholly based on. This would mean you could only use the general design, and you would have to keep a bit of deviation from the original work. Lawyers like to put this at about 10% original, but I say since the design is so uninspired, I'd say go mental. You can say it's based on anything. I mean honestly, it's a LBV, Nomex flight suit (I think), and a welder's mask. Not exactly what I call unique.
