How Do I move a Mojave Express Drop Box from one cell to another?

I'm looking to move the drop box in novac out of the motel lobby, but I am having issues figuring out how. I'd like to keep the refID the same and not create a new box so this will not interfere with any other mods that alter the mojave express scripts. Removing the default then placing a box outside and attempting to rename it to the default refID "vMENovacRef" results in an error as the name is in use.

 

This is my first attempt at a Mod, so be gentle. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you don't want to mess with the Ref ID you cannot just delete it and rename another one, its id is stored already. You will have to move the original box or make a new one or try to find its ref in the object list
