Reloading glitch fix?

ok seriously, does anybody have a damn fix for this horrible glitch? I speak of the one where BEFORE if you moved at the end of a reload animation for a round by round loaded gun (shotguns, brushgun, ect) it would put you stuck in a weird animation glitch for a couple seconds. After the patch it seems to do this EVERYTIME regardless of movement or positioning. This makes these weapons completely impossible to use in a real fight. I can't find a fix but I know a ton of other people have this problem. I'm pretty sure it's caused by those stupid after reload animations they decided to put in (like that retarded one handed hunting shotgun cock) but I don't have the knowhow to remove that or if it even can be removed.

Do you mean, like, you just finished reloading and then you cant shoot or open the pip boy for a couple of seconds? cuz this always happens with the cowboy repeater for me and its extremely frustrating. supposedly the latest patch (patch number 3) fixes this, but i have yet to download that patch to confirm.

 

in the games main menu, go to settings then display and in the bottom left it should tell you the version number. i think latest patch is 1.2.0.0 or something like that. right now i have the second to last version which is like 1.1.27 or something like that. that should let you know what patch version you have.

 

if you dont have the latest patch, DL it and you SHOULD be ok. if it still happens then that sucks a fat one because it probably wont work for alota people then >.< if thats the case then that would make this mod request all the more vital!

I have the latest patch, that's what seemed to have made it worse.

I tried that mod, it works like 1/10th of the time. Still gives me the glich all the time though.
