Opening a ESP files and it's scripts

Ok. I might have gotten past that part.

 

What I need to know is how to link a script to a spell or a spell effect (ie buff/modifier).

 

EDIT:

Scriptname [spellname] extends activemagiceffect

 

right? And does it works with spells from other mods?
