readable low quality text?

is there a mod patch or way to increase text quality with increasing and still have everything else low quality i hate have to literal put my face to the screen and taking 2 minutes to read a sign

I'm not aware of one, and upon searching newvegasnexus I found nothing. Seems unlikely as I think that would require re-doing a lot of code but I'm not completely sure though.

There was a mod made for Oblivion entitled 'Road Signs' to fix a similar issue. Perhaps the mod could be adapted to FONV?
