Help A Dingus Optimize Load Order 2: The Sequel

Welp game ran perfect for roughly 2 hours after rearranging everything.

Now I'm crashing before even getting to the main menu.

 

Just like before, "v" = active plugin, and no "v" = inactive plugin. Haven't gotten around to deleting them from the data folder because the game seemed stable and then this happened
