Benjirou
So I have an Idea. I dont have a clue how to make mods, or any computer programing for that matter. So, where to start.... Hmm, I wqant to create a mod that has you start off before the beginning of game and have a lead in story and set of adventures leading up to the starter quest. A sort of pre-story from about lvl 1-20 in and expound upon not only the main story, as well as a few others, but expand the emertion quality. Create greater depth while adding a few weapons, armor, classes and maybe a race or two...maybe. Tell me what you think.

Well, the first thing it would take is an actual idea of what you're making, eg. questline, and some knowledge of what you're asking. Since you appearantly unable to do this yourself, Let me google you how to get started in modding The OP isn't asking how to mod, just for comments on his idea for a first mod. The 'Let me google that for you' was totally inappropriate. bben46, Moderator
obobski
I'm pretty sure there's actually a mod that already does this - saw something yesterday while browsing Nexus:http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=19949
David Brasher
If you don't know how to mod yet, you should probably start out with a really simple little mod like a house or a small dungeon. After you know how to mod, then it would be more reasonable to gather a team and make a huge mod. People won't want to join your modding team and have you as their leader if they suspect that they are more skilled and experienced than you. Perhaps your first mod could be something that relates directly to your big plan. That way it could be merged into your big mod or your big mod could be built on top of it later on.
