Crashing no logs, or no idea where

Yeh so I got an issue, my game keeps CTDin on startup

I've been running Apocalypse Arms with no issue, and set up the FOSE without issues.

Now I've tried to put the Underground Hideout in, and Fellout.

Its crashing but only with those two, whenever 1 or the other is loaded it seems

 

EDIT: Ok the underground hideout seems to be working so it's only Fellout it seems?

And when I exit the game unde the FOSE launcher, it doesn't quit correctly it seems to just hang up until I use the task manager

Anyone want to help me out here? I've used auto sort on the FOMM no diffearence, there doesn't seem to be a conflict accoridng to it....I can't think whats wrong
