xDemonJohn
I'm not sure if a post of this nature would be against the rules or not. Please, tell me if I am breaking any rules so I can better myself. Anyways, on with the request. I am simply looking for a modification that replaces most, if not all, of the vanilla terrain textures with something more detailed without sacrificing the eerie, dark, atmosphere that Morrowind emits. So, in other words, no mods that make Morrowind feel too bright. Also, strictly no meshes, scripts, new areas, or anything else that wouldn't fit into the category of "Texture Replacement," or whatever term I am supposed to use. As for specific textures that I do or don't want, I would like to avoid any mods that modify Hlaalu architect. The reason being: I already have a texture replacement that edits this, and I like it. But, if a Hlaalu texture is a mandatory part of an amazing texture pack, I will use it without complaint, as long as it's not too bad. I thank all who help me ahead of time, and apologize ahead of time for being such a noob. Tchos
I like Connary's textures, which do what you want, but he took them all down about a year and a half ago saying he was going to release an improved version in 1 big pack, and he never got around to it, so I don't know of anywhere they can be downloaded. Anyway, nothing is "mandatory" in texture replacements. If you like the ones you have, just don't overwrite those textures with the new ones. Eiries
There's a pretty mean list of texture replacers here. Personally, I think this would be a great place to start. ;)
Povuholo
This is a direct download link to a full pack of the textures Connary has currently released. I also have my own graphics list here, but it's very subjective so don't expect a complete overview of all the different options you have. :P Still, if you want graphics that stay close to the original game, which is what I do, you can't go wrong with those.
