Rossum
Inspired by this Order of the Stick strip. Have a perk so that whenever you are sneaking without wearing any armor (and possibly while unencumbered) then you are subject to a natural stealth field that renders you invisible. I think it would work best for low intelligence characters (both because its silly and due to a lack of skill points). Name: Bardic StealthLevel: 4Requirements: Intelligence 2 or less, Charisma 6, Stealth 30Effect:While unencumbered and not wearing any clothes, you get a natural stealth field while sneaking. Also, some other potential perks for low-intelligence characters. 1. Everyone is purdy - gives the advantages of all the gender targeting perks like black widow and confirmed bachelor. Requires 2 int or lower. 2. Good thing it was only my head - limbs tend to mend themselves on their own and your head is extra resistant to damage. Reguires 2 into or lower. 3. Open up, darnit! - Huge boost to lockpick or the probability or forcing the lock. Signifies low int player just smashing the door open. Maybe another boost to hacking computers. 4. Run Courier, Run! - Increases land speed while unencumbered and lets you walk normally while overencumbered (or maybe just a slight decrease from normal speed). Like with the Long Haul perk it just lets you keep on carrying all sorts of junk without slowing down much. Requires 2 int and has maybe similar requirments to long haul. 5. Tastes like lemon drops - resistance to various poisons and no strength penalty from eating raw meat. 6. Squirrel Infested - Randomly find squirrel stew or other squirrel based food items in your inventory (reference to the chicken infested flaw for commoners in Dragon Magazine). 7. Tumbleweed Friend - Tumbleweeds no longer attack you and will aid you in combat if possible (okay, this one is just silly). 8. Mysterious Buddy - you take this perk and a guy similar to the Mysterious Stranger suddenly becomes your companion. He follows you around but spends a lot of time trying to hide from you, cowering behind objects, or maybe using lots of stealth boys to be invisible and mysterious. He fights normally, preferring melee attacks (maybe fights with good old fisticuffs by default or pulls out a chainsaw, either one would be cool). Most importantly, he is either essential and thus immortal or he dies regularly and is immediatly replaced by a similar Mysterious Buddy who helps you out. 9. Rawr, I'm a dinosaur! - Deathclaws no longer attack you. Another perk and they attack your enemies. 10. And I'll call him George - You can hatch Deathclaw eggs into young deathclaws who follow you around. Requires 'Rawr, I'm a dinosaur!' and decent survival skill in addition to low intelligence. JohannesGunn
Hmm... This bears further thought. Sounds interesting, and I was wanting to start working on perks. Let me look into this a little, and I'll get back to you... Edit: Well, I managed to create your Bardic Stealth perk, but couldn't manage to include any encumbrance or armor requirements. Would you like me to just upload the file, or send it via email? I'll keep working on the others.
