LucifKaiser
Hi everyone I had dawnguard installed but I ran into too many problems with it so I uninstalled it. Now I am trying to get rid of vampirism but nothing is working. I tried a couple methods I found including setstage 000EAFD5 10 to try and get rid of it but it didnt work and showracemenu to reset my character but that didnt work either. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
ZZZ02
you uninstalled dawnguard mid-game and tried to use the same file, that is the problem and your save is now officially rubbish because of that. the only advice I can give is start a new game or re enable dawnguard and load a save made before you removed it. Yanking out dawnguard nullified your chances of getting any other support as that is the WORST thing you can do in skyrim and applies to any mod or dlc. Ghekor
Since you didnt mention it,did you try console commands to reset your race? setrace that might help if it doesnt then its as the other guy said and your save is crap, next time you shuold revome your vampirism before you disable the DLC. vlaka
why would you remove a DLC?
ZZZ02
Ghekor: I am trying to say that it is a bad Idea to remove the DLC under any condition unless he/she wants to start a new game or start from a save that has never had the DLC. Even if the vampirism is removed before getting rid of the DLC all kinds of other problems will still happen later on because of references left over in the save file, as a result the save is still just as crappy. This is one of the things any good skyrim modding guide try to say.
